ADD/ REMOVE A PRODUCT
Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won't be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.
Please contact our helpline team if you wish to change the delivery address for your order.
We shall accept your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
Please note: An order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests or delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations.
CHANGE DELIVERY DATE
We try to deliver all your orders in the earliest time possible. However, if you want delivery at a later date, please coordinate with the courier person once he gets in touch with you.
After your order has been placed,you can check the order in the "My Accounts" tab.
You need to login into your VLEBazaar account, where you can change the address under my account section >>addresses >>and also can update new information related to your profile.
The money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 5-7 working days post refund initiation. Used VLEBazaar Voucher, if any, will be refunded in the form of a VLE BazaarVoucher within 24 hours.
Returning a part of an order at the time of delivery will not be possible. However, if you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always return/exchange it within 5 days of delivery.
If your card is debited by mistake, seriously, no need to panic at all! Please just make sure the following at your end.
Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited, If yes please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days.
The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.
