After the succesful placing of order, your product would be dispactached by the vendor and would be delivered with in 7 to 15 working days at your registered/shipping address subject to availablity of courier services at the shipping address.
Please note in case of Paintings and other products may take extra time for shipping.
Return & Cancellation policy
Order Failed Transaction
If amount getting debited from your account and order not conformed, CSC will refund the service charges electronically (as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction) with in 5 working days, but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.
If you have requested for refund as product is not as per your satisfaction, the return of those products in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and PG Charges (1%)) will be refunded to you with in 10 working days using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
For paintings returned back out of choice, we deduct courier cost and refund back the rest. Please note this applies only on unframed paintings. Returns for framed paintings are only accepted in case of delivery of broken frames, otherwise not.
In case you have delivered a product in a Damaged or Defective condition or you want to replace an order on CSC, you may request to CSC for replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ.
Cancellation Before Shipped
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your order amount will be refunded (Excluding PG Charge of 1%).
For paintings that are framed and request for cancellation raised later, then no cancellation would be possible in that case.
